Correctly supplied items can be returned as long as they are in As NEW condition, and at the customers expense. Any faulty or damaged in transit goods will be replaced under the appropriate method. For damaged in transit, we may need photos in order to allow us to pursue a claim against the shipping company.
Watchguard appliances need to be activated to be used, and this activation will start the Watchguard support process. Once this is activated, the product can no longer be considered to be in “As new condition” because this warranty period cannot be revoked. By adding a custom configuration before shipping, this may have to activate the support process, depending upon details.
